Controlling

For me, Aspöck Systems is …

… a company with which I, as a native of Peuerbach, have a special and long-standing connection.

Aspöck Systems offers me …

… a friendly environment in which I feel comfortable and enjoy carrying out my daily tasks and working with my colleagues.

The best thing about my job is …

… my interesting and informative workload and working as a team to further develop the controlling activities within the Aspöck Group.

My career path before and at Aspöck Systems …

An exciting day at work …

Thanks to flexitime, as an early riser I can start my working day between 6:15 and 6:30 am. After checking my email, I start working through my daily tasks – for example, the monthly invoicing of production orders in Poland, the invoicing of projects, material calculations and the creation of special evaluations and reports. My less frequent tasks include preparing the annual budgets for the individual locations, which we do together as a team. Once I have an overview of the upcoming tasks for the day, the morning starts over a coffee with my colleagues. We then discuss the relevant professional topics and tasks at one of our regular team meetings. Afterwards, there are usually team-based discussions and various phone calls or meetings in the course of our work – both with colleagues in Austria and from the Polish location (the perfect opportunity refresh my English skills). My working day usually ends between 3:30 and 4:00 pm and I enjoy my evening either at home with my family, outdoors in the fresh air or with friends.

Interesting facts for applicants …

Aspöck Systems is extremely flexible where its employees are concerned – both with regard to training and further education as well as the work-life balance. Many staff members, like me, were able to study alongside their jobs and were always supported. I also want to emphasise the availability of internships – whether you simply want to gain some work experience or are required to do a compulsory internship, for example as part of a bachelor's degree. This is the perfect way to get started at the company.

Besides the good working relationships with your colleagues, there are also opportunities to get together outside working hours – throughout the year there are various Aspöck parties and events to celebrate our shared successes and just have a good time together!
