My career path before and at Aspöck Systems …

After my final exams at the HTL Grieskirchen technical college, I started working as a part-time SAP-Basis administrator at Aspöck Systems. At the same time, I began my studies in business informatics. After several exciting projects, I am now SAP team leader and manage a team of eight employees.

An exciting day at work … 

As an early riser, I’m usually the first one in the office. I typically use the time in the morning to plan the tasks for my team, as well as my own tasks. Every day, always at the same time, there is a meeting with my team where any outstanding issues from the last few days and upcoming projects are discussed. One of our main tasks is to collect the requirements from all production plants and define process improvements. But the SAP team is also responsible for implementing these processes in the system. Good documentation is also part of this. In addition, we take care of all problems in the SAP system relating to the 'daily business'. To ensure we are always technically up to date, I also have many discussions with external partners. At the end of each day, I record the key points from the day on my digital notepad.
